The Syndesus QBO Verifier is a private, internal application operated by Syndesus for its own use. It is not offered to the public.
With the account holder's authorization (Intuit OAuth), the Application reads QuickBooks Online accounting records (e.g. credit memos, invoices, customers) read-only, on demand, to verify whether a specific internal commitment has been satisfied.
The Application does not bulk-copy or mirror the QuickBooks ledger. It retains only the result of a verification (a point-in-time verdict and its provenance) within Syndesus's own systems, classified at least "confidential". OAuth tokens are stored locally, encrypted at rest, scoped to a single tenant, and never shared.
No data is sold or shared with third parties.
Authorization may be revoked at any time from the Intuit account's connected-apps settings, which stops all access.
