The Syndesus QBO Verifier ("the Application") is a private, internal tool operated by Syndesus for its own use. It is not licensed, sold, or distributed to third parties.
The Application is authorized by an account holder to access that holder's own QuickBooks Online company data on a read-only basis, solely to verify the status of internal commitments. The Application performs no write, update, deletion, or financial transaction of any kind.
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Syndesus is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
Access is granted via Intuit OAuth and may be revoked at any time from the Intuit account's connected-apps settings.
